130. कोई भी लोक अधिकारी उसे शासकीय विश्वास में दी हुई संसूचनाओं को प्रकट करने के लिए विवश नहीं किया जाएगा, जब कि वह समझता है कि उस प्रकटन से लोक हित की हानि होगी ।

official confidence, when he considers that the public interests would suffer by the disclosure.
