Bharatiya Sakshya Act, 2023 Section 74 in Hindi
- (1) निम्नलिखित दस्तावेज, लोक दस्तावेज हैं
(क) वे दस्तावेज, जो
(i) प्रभुतासम्पन्न प्राधिकारी के
(ii) शासकीय निकायों और अधिकरणों के और
(iii) भारत के या किसी विदेश के विधायी, न्यायिक तथा कार्यपालक लोक अधिकारिर्या के, कार्यों के रूप में या कार्यों के अभिलेख के रूप में हैं.
(ख) किसी राज्य या संघ राज्यक्षेत्र में रखे गए प्राइवेट दस्तावेजों के लोक अभिलेख ।
(2) उपधारा (1) में निर्दिष्ट दस्तावेजों के सिवाय, अन्य सभी दस्तावेज प्राइवेट हैं।
Bharatiya Sakshya Act, 2023 Section 74 in English
- (1) The following documents are public documents:—
(a) documents forming the acts, or records of the acts—
(i) of the sovereign authority;
(ii) of official bodies and tribunals; and
(iii) of public officers, legislative, judicial and executive of India or of a foreign country;
(b) public records kept in any State or Union territory of private documents.
(2) All other documents except the documents referred to in sub-section (1) are private.
