85. न्यायालय यह उपधारणा करेगा कि प्रत्येक इलैक्ट्रानिक अभिलेख जो पक्षकारों के इलैक्ट्रानिक या डिजिटल हस्ताक्षर को अन्तर्विष्ट करने वाला ऐसा करार होना तात्पर्थित है, इस प्रकार पक्षकारों के इलैक्ट्रानिक या डिजिटल हस्ताक्षर के साथ दिया गया था।
Bharatiya Sakshya Act, 2023 Section 85 in English
- The Court shall presume that every electronic record purporting to be an agreement containing the electronic or digital signature of the parties was so concluded by affixing the electronic or digital signature of the parties.
